HAIREMEDY RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- Inclusive of all original contents and any free promotional items included with your order
Items that have been opened, used, or are missing any components — including free gifts or promotional items — are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at hairemedy@protonmail.com within 30 days of your delivery date to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return in your message. We will respond with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You will need to purchase and arrange your own return shipping label — we do not provide prepaid labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for this to reflect depending on your bank or card provider.
Hairemedy reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
