Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 6–10 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Delays

Hairemedy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or any circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are at the carrier's discretion.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Hairemedy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us at hairemedy@protonmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
